Site Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities:- Manage site operations, trades work, and contractual obligations to meet project goals and safety standards.
- Implement and follow Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality processes to foster a safe working culture.
- Use Hammertech to report on site operations and conduct regular health and safety reviews.
- Run daily pre-start meetings, manage risks, and mentor junior team members.
- Experience as a Site Supervisor in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments, with a strong focus on safety.
- Understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies, with a track record of safe, high-quality project delivery.
- 5+ years of construction site-based experience in safety roles, with a passion for creating safe workplaces.
- Diploma or Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety, and knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
