Job Title: On-Site Operations Manager

About the Role:

The On-Site Operations Manager is a key position responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily site operations to ensure exceptional performance and adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinating logistics and transportation to optimize site efficiency
  2. Managing reports and maintaining accurate records
  3. Oversight of on-site equipment and maintenance
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Expectations:
  1. Uphold company HSE standards and promote a culture of safety among staff
  2. Participate in relevant training to enhance skills and knowledge
  3. Adhere to policies and procedures consistently
  4. Report all hazards, near misses, and incidents to the immediate supervisor
Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Oversee production operations and ensure efficient workflow
  2. Coordinate and manage on-site personnel and drivers
  3. Maintain effective communication with office staff
  4. Ensure site cleanliness and organization
  5. Manage and maintain all on-site equipment
Licenses and Certifications:
