Xtreme Clean
, part of the Ambrose Construct Group is one of the most reputable building and restoration companies across Australia, and a preferred partner to several of Australia's largest insurers. Our team members are some of the first responders to attend disasters and catastrophic events, specialising in insurance building repairs and restoration services. Our teams are involved in reinstatement works for damages caused by events such as flood, fire, water, mould and catastrophic storm damage.

Working alongside our highly experienced technicians your role will see you learning and working in all aspects of the restoration industry. This will include but not limited to, mould remediation, fire damage restoration cleaning, water restoration, structural drying, manifesting and contents restoration.

Restoration equipment to complete works
Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensure all restoration works undertaking in New South Wales are cost efficient and undertaken in a safe manner
Maintain an effective channel of communication and all clients and internal stakeholders as required
Provide onboarding and ongoing training to technicians to maintain high standards of work.
Contribute to the financial viability of Restoration work in all aspects of cost control balanced against quality of restoration and strip out costs
Work in line with Australian relevant building codes and local standards
Adopt a flexible approach to work, undertaking and promoting work with a multi-trade environment to avoid duplication and follow on work being passed to other trades
Contribute to and comply with all statutory legislation including the relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures applicable to Xtreme Clean and conducting toolbox talks with trades
Provide a high level of customer service at all times, behaving in a respectful, courteous, and polite manner to internal and external customers when representing Xtreme Clean
Work with Insurers and follow ICA managed guidelines & IICRC Standards
Oversee the scheduling of technicians' appointments ensuring effectiveness
Perform a range of administration duties and support to our team and clients
Ensure KPI's are met i.e. Reports are submitted in a timely manner
Establish and maintain relationships with our customers, clients, and contractors regarding restoration work
Requirements:
Requirements - IICRC or RIA accreditations highly regarded
High level aptitude across IICRC/RIA restoration disciplines highly regarded.
A high standard of written and verbal communication
Ability to review reports and identify inconsistency in grammar and punctuation
Moderate level of computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs
High attention to detail
Professional and welcoming phone manner
Be highly motivated with a sense of urgency & problem-solving skills
A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
Willing to travel for work
Respond to after hours and weekend work
Valid Driver's License
Police Check
