We invite you to join our team as a Restoration Technician, where you will play a vital part in bringing homes and businesses back to life. This is a full-time, dynamic role that requires assessing damage, performing restoration work, and ensuring properties are restored to their original condition.

As a Restoration Technician, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate with experienced technicians who will provide guidance and support throughout your career. With our company's continued growth, this role offers opportunities for advancement into senior positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Restoring Properties: Assist in water and mould restoration, drying, remediation, and strip-outs to help bring homes and businesses back to their former state.
- Fire Recovery and Cleaning: Help clean, salvage, and restore fire-damaged properties and belongings.
- Contents Assessment and Inventory: Carefully assess, remediate, and document items for recovery, enabling clients to restore valuable possessions.
- Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure all company vehicles, tools, and equipment are well-maintained to guarantee seamless job execution.
- Detailed Damage Reports: Provide thorough assessments and cost projections using digital reporting tools to support insurance claims and restoration planning.
- Potential for Travel: You may be required to travel regionally or interstate to support recovery efforts during major events, making a meaningful impact in affected communities.
- Additional Earning Opportunities: Overtime and weekend shifts may be available, offering penalty rates and extra earnings.

Requirements:

- Construction White Card
- Manual NSW driver's license
- Valid police check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on-call and after hours on a roster basis
- Basic electronic reporting skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
