The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the NSW team in reinstatement works following catastrophic events such as floods, fires, and storms. Key duties include ensuring cost-efficient and safe restoration works, maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and onboarding technicians to uphold high standards of work.

Additional responsibilities involve working towards financial viability through cost control, adhering to Australian building codes and local standards, and promoting a flexible approach to work within a multi-trade environment. This role also entails overseeing scheduling, performing administration tasks, and ensuring KPIs are met.

The ideal candidate will possess IICRC or RIA accreditations, have a high aptitude across various restoration disciplines, and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They must also exhibit a strong attention to detail, professional phone manner, and willingness to travel and respond to after-hours requests.
