**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
We are looking for a full time **Customer Care Consultant** to join our** **team in **Malaga. **You'll pride yourself on providing an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base. This role is critical within our broader Customer Care Excellence Team.
This is an amazing opportunity to kick start your long-term career in a Wesfarmers business and grow with a company that is keen to invest in **your future**.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Process customer orders and manage the end-to-end customer experience
- Responding to customer requests, sourcing parts, and following up on expected time of arrivals (ETA's) for backorders
- Provide product-based information where required - don't worry, you'll be supported by us to build your knowledge and skills for this
To be successful you will bring:
- Customer service experience in a trade store/retail environment (desirable)
- Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
- Confidence and experience with computers and Microsoft suites
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, problem solver and time management skills
- Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
