**About the Role: Product Manager - Partnerships**
Due to unprecedented growth in their teams, our client is seeking a Product Manager to join their Partnerships team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver best-in-class customer engagement offerings for their Issuing and Acquiring clients. Your role will be crucial in driving the growth of their payment business by effectively managing their payment partnerships. You will work closely with the Partnerships sales team, improve and harmonize processes throughout the partner lifecycle, and provide technical and product support to the partnership management team. Your expertise will also contribute to defining appropriate product solutions for their partners, ensuring their success in the market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, lead, and publish the product roadmap, highlighting unique selling points (USPs).
- Support the product development lifecycle by defining development requirements, owning the design process and deliverables.
- Communicate and coordinate with vital team members across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key insights.
- Define success criteria and metrics for new products.
- Build the product commercialization model, substantiating it with a financial business model.
- Support partner management activities, such as onboarding and lifecycle management of Payment Facilitators.
- Collaborate continuously with partner-relevant internal stakeholders, including Sales and Operations.
- Facilitate partner communications, such as the deployment of a partner communication portal and preparation of release notes.
- Support partner management process harmonization by designing and implementing consistent processes across the organization.
- A strong working knowledge of the payments landscape across a variety of products, such as wallets, terminals, e-commerce, omni-channel merchants, etc.
- A strong understanding of product requirements, customer insights, and industry trends.
- Strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve and break down barriers.
- The ability to translate knowledge into a compelling product roadmap.
- Prior work experience in product development and management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The team focuses on enhancing the company's market proposition, delivering excellent solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The product team consists of five individuals who work on a range of products, including in-house e-commerce solutions, merchant payment service providers, and the omni-channel offering.
