About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Gain in-depth product knowledge across the entire vehicle range.
Provide tailored advice and service based on individual customer needs.
Support customers throughout the entire sales journey - from test drives to aftercare.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance and Aftercare.
Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Learn to resolve queries and concerns with confidence and care.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering high-quality service.
Motivation to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Valid Driver's Licence.
Desirable:
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
An interest in the automotive industry or prior exposure to vehicle sales.
Sales knowledge or experience will be highly regarded.
