**Your Impact**

Partnering with our Retail Beer and Northern Field Sales Leadership Teams, the HRBP will be accountable for driving the HR agenda across the business.

The HRBP will be responsible for projects to embed the Asahi culture, people practices and processes and build capability to drive business performance. The HRBP will also partner and collaborate closely with the broader HR community to identify opportunities, be that in efficiencies, talent sharing, employee relations management and/or best practice HR.

**Key responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Drive, coach & challenge various leadership teams to lead, manage & support their teams to deliver the business strategy
- Develop a deep understanding of the commercial objectives, business operations, performance drivers and metrics, in order to deliver cost effective and value-added HR programs and solutions that will enhance business performance.
- Implement policies, using the appropriate protocols to deal with exceptions, working with the appropriate Specialists or HR leaders
- Work with the broader HR team to translate business change initiatives and capability strategies into an implementation plan for the commercial teams
- Implement talent processes to support the current and future development needs in line with strategies and plans

**About You**

We are looking for an HR professional who thrives in an environment that is dynamic, vibrant and challenging. You will be trusted to work autonomously whilst maintaining strong relationship with the central HR team.
- You are highly experienced in working within fast paced, high volume businesses. FMCG experience highly desirable
- You're comfortable with change and ambiguity, with a strong passion for continuous improvement
- You have a high level of curiosity with a proactive approach
- You have strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to build relationships quickly
- You are comfortable holding the tension where appropriate to deliver people centred outcomes that meet business objectives

In addition, you are:

- Tertiary qualified in HR, Business, or another related discipline (preferred)
- An experienced HR Business partner with sound familiarity of HR specialist disciplines
- Experience in change management practice
- Able to coach, influence and enable leader-led change
- An impeccable communicator, with strong leadership capabilities, and very comfortable in conflict situations
