- Applications are invited, by covering letter and resumé, for a full-time position, 7.30 am - 3.30 pm, in the mailroom at Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology, Macquarie Park.
- DHM's mailroom processes up to 250,000 mail articles each month, working closely with Australia Post and Pitney Bowes to reduce cost and improve efficiency. Main mailroom responsibilities include:

- Printing all invoices, reminders, pathology reports and notifications to all National Bowel Screen participants (Government clearance required for the latter).
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail
- Managing the stock of envelopes, inserts and paper
- Managing Relay Pitney Bowes Inserters, Postage Meter and Ricoh printer

- Working unsupervised and in teams
- On-the-job training will be provided for all relevant procedures, however, any previous exposure to working with production printers or mail insertion machines would be an advantage.
