Our client is a leading law firm with a team of experts who are passionate about delivering successful outcomes for our clients.

**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team and provide administrative and secretarial support to our Partners and Lawyers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative and secretarial support to allocated practice groups
- Complete work for various Partners on either long-term or short-term basis
- File and document management including client and matter opening, electronic and physical filing, and general matter administration
- Prepare monthly billing
- Diary and calendar management including coordinating and organizing meetings
- Drafting correspondence and formatting, editing, and reviewing documents
- Transcription of dictation
- Collation and management of Court and tribunal documents
- Assist with general financial tasks including timesheet entries and debt reminders
- Support legal assistants with learning processes, software, and systems
- Provide reception cover and assist with business development activities
- Provide general administrative support
