Combination of Customer Service / Maintenance person wanted.

Monday - Friday 9am -5pm and every second Saturday 9am-1pm

We are a family business in the Self Storage Industry and take pride in our customer service, friendly and helpful staff and the cleanliness of our facility. It is these attributes that keep our customers returning year after year.

We are seeking a well presented person with good phone manner and fluent in English, both written and spoken for our front office. Also some external maintenance duties.

The successful applicant will perform Customer Service and Property Maintenance, with a view to becoming Onsite live in Manager.

The applicant should have:

- Pleasant and efficient phone manner
- Be self motivated
- Enjoy customer service work
- Be computer literate
- Honest and diligent
- Have an eye for detail
- A quick learner and able to work autonomously
- Take pride in their work and have a "Can Do" attitude.

The role consists of but not limited to:

- Using Self Storage software (Training Provided)
- Guiding customers through the storage contract agreement and witnessing signatures
- Cash handling and debt collection
- Cleaning of the office and facility
- General maintenance of facility. Cleaning, mowing using ride-on mower. Painting and touch up repairs. May involve some heavy lifting.

Also required:
Must be willing to supply Medical, Drug and Police Check (due to cash handling)

Must have full working rights and permits for Australia

Full Drivers licence. Having a forklift licence would be beneficial.

A view to living onsite in discounted accommodation (not immediately). Accommodation would not suit young family or pets.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability

- Ferntree Gully, VIC 3156: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
