About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in maintaining WEX Australia's reputation for excellence in customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service by resolving their queries with efficiency and professionalism. Working within a positive and collaborative team, you'll help us achieve customer satisfaction targets and uphold our commitment to putting customers first.
What You'll Be Doing:- Reviewing and escalating billing or service-related complaints as needed.- Educating customers about our Products and services.- Maintaining accurate records and documentation within our card management system.- Promoting WEX products while delivering outstanding service.- Contributing to quality improvement programs to ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations.
What You'll Bring:
- Customer Service Passion: Previous experience in a customer service role where you've demonstrated your ability to exceed targets.- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset.- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Windows, MS Office tools, and Gmail.- Positive Attitude: A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
