They are seeking a switched-on Accounts Receivable / Finance Administration Officer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. **Position Description**:

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Daily banking which includes receipting and allocating payments
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Queries surrounding Accounts Receivable
- New account credit checks
- Reporting on outstanding Debtors
- Assist with Accounts Payable Payments
- Month-end closing of Accounts Receivable
- Additional duties as required

The successful applicant with have similar proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role and have the following attributes:

- Prior experience in a similar role
- The ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Great communication skills - both oral and written
- The ability to work in a faced-paced environment
- High level reconciliation skills
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders - both internal and external
- Detail oriented and organized
- High level of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) skills a must
