    About The Role

    Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within a close-knit team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the accounts receivable function, including:
    • Managing and maintaining the AR ledger
    • Following up overdue accounts via phone and email
    • Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
    • Allocating payments accurately and efficiently
    • Collaborating with internal teams to address billing queries
    • Preparing regular AR and aging reports
    • Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting
    • Driving process improvements within the AR function
    • Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required

    About You:

    To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
    • Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Officer role
    • Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
    • A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
