The role of Senior Coordinator, University Records, is pivotal in leading the delivery of strategic university-wide projects focused on improving digital and physical records management.

This senior role encompasses various key responsibilities:

- To identify business needs and opportunities for change, gathering and analysing requirements, and translating complex issues into clear digital strategies and goals.">
- To plan, coordinate, and deliver records-related projects, including resource management, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, and reporting on outcomes.">
- To engage and communicate with stakeholders, building strong relationships and implementing communication strategies to promote project awareness and support.">
- To deliver training and ensure compliance, including appraising records for retention/disposal and aligning with legislative and policy requirements.">
Applicants must possess relevant postgraduate qualifications or extensive experience in records management, project coordination, training, or a related field. Ideally, this experience should be within the higher education sector.

- A proven track record of delivering complex projects within large or multifaceted organisations, preferably in an education or similarly structured environment.">
- Strong communication and training skills, with experience developing and distributing materials across diverse and complex organisational settings.">
