**About the Role**:
We currently have an exciting role as a Recruitment & Contracts Coordinator to join our high-performing Recruitment team. Reporting into the Recruitment Lead - Support Office you will be responsible for providing recruiting assistance and support across all levels of the business including sourcing, attracting & retaining top talent. You will also be heavily involved in generating contracts for new team members and contract variations for employees across Retail & Support Office.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Generating new starters employment contracts and new hire forms
- Passing on all necessary paperwork to Payroll in a timely manner and maintaining employee files
- Generating internal variation letters for internal changes and moves
- Maintaining employee files and running reports including VISA checks when required
- Manage the maintenance of the employee referral program and follow up when incentives are due
- Communicate and complete the employee referral program for any eligible team member
- Managing internal recruitment communications which includes weekly vacancy updates to all Support Office team & Retail Stores
- Management of Accent Group's internship program: coordination of start dates, organise IT equipment, facilitate inductions, and ongoing maintenance of the Intern Spreadsheet
- Supporting with organizing Group Interviews including collating attendance lists, activities and materials when required
- Supporting with all recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, phone screens, booking interviews, support with face-to-face interviews (as required) and reference checks
- Update position descriptions and maintain up to date versions
- Work with relevant stakeholders to implement and coordinate project timelines and work streams such as Back to School / Christmas volume recruitment
- Support projects on EVP and overall recruitment strategy
**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resource Management and or Psychology (preferred not required)
- Passion to work in Recruitment as part of the People Function
- A supportive and empathetic nature to ensure close working relationship retail operations team.
- Results orientated and self-motivated
- The ability to execute a high-volume workload with competing priorities within timelines.
- Show initiative and constant search for ways to improve processes to benefit the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to develop good working relationships across all levels of the business
- Confidence to work autonomously & a driven self-starter to achieve results
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
