**About the role**

This is a part-time (4 days per week/0.8, 2 half days and 2 full days), contract position, reporting to the Procurement Contracts Manager. Working flexibly from fantastic office in Cremorne and from home, you'll be part of a supportive and fast-paced team.

The role of the Contracts Coordinator is to be the initial point of contact for document review requests and questions and to utilise your experience in commercial contracts to review and negotiate legal documents.

**Day to day, you will**:

- Reviewing, redlining and negotiating various legal documents including Supply Agreements, Terms and Conditions, Tender Conditions of offer, Non-Disclosure Agreements, License Agreements for both the non-stock Procurement function and the Customer Supply functions.
- Work with the branch network or Head Office team to negotiate the contract and highlights any areas of risk/concern to them
- Organise signature of documents with Company Secretary and Directors EA's.
- Work alongside Procurement Contract Manager to minimize risk.

**About you**:

- Ideally you are a junior lawyer with 2-3 years' experience in legal reviews of a variety of documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills supported by an engaging and professional manner
- Strong organising and planning skills, you can manage your time wisely and effectively prioritise multiple competing tasks and can manage the fluctuations in work load.
- You are able to identify problems, solve them, act decisively, and show good judgment.
- Great attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, results driven and strong problem-solving skills.
