As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented
Recruitment Coordinator
to support our recruitment team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role:
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside the business owner to support end-to-end recruitment processes for mining blue- & white-collar technical roles across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertise vacancies across Seek, internal platforms, and social media
Screen and shortlist candidates for a range of blue-collar and technical roles
Schedule interviews, medicals, and onboarding processes
Maintain candidate records in our ATS (JobAdder experience a bonus)
Liaise with candidates to provide timely updates and clear communication
Assist with mobilisation and compliance – including right to work checks, tickets, and licenses
Provide general administration support across the recruitment function

You're organised, proactive, and thrive in a busy environment. You enjoy building relationships and have a genuine interest in helping people find the right opportunities.
You'll Bring:
Experience in a recruitment support, admin, or coordination role (mining or labour hire experience ideal)
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence working with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office tools
A positive, team-oriented attitude
