**Job Description**:

As a Reward Analyst at dentsu, you will be responsible for administering analysing and developing reward, benefits and recognition programs to attract, retain and motivate talent across the dentsu ANZ network.

What your typical day will look like:
This role has a strong focus on data and analytics, and you will be required to analyse remuneration data and provide clearly articulated insights that drive better decisions on a range of Reward, Benefits and Recognition policies, programs and practices.

Other responsibilities include:

- Partner with Reward Manager ANZ to design, implement and communicate reward programs to support talent acquisition, retention, and motivation.
- Take a leading role in the bonus and salary review processes, often acting as main point of contact for the HR community and first line managers
- Review, develop and implement competitive reward and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Analyse market trends, data, and benchmarking information to ensure that the dentsu's reward and recognition programs are competitive

A bit about you:

- 1-2 years experince in reward, recognition and/or benefits analysis
- Strong analytical skills to be able to collect and analyse data, interpret results, and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Essential to have intermediate to advanced excel skills.
- Proven track record playing an impactful support role for projects and/or programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise whilst building and managing stakeholder relationships.
