We are seeking a seasoned Performance and Reward Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing data, developing models, and implementing strategies to optimize performance and reward programs.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work independently. They will be responsible for:
- Supporting strategic initiatives and projects that align with our business objectives
- Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on employee benefits programs
- Providing timely support and resolution to People & Reward queries
- Offering analytical assistance through reporting and modeling throughout the year
- Managing data submissions and reporting
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with vendors to optimize service delivery
- Developing and analyzing models to support decision-making processes
