**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator role to join Workskil Australia.
Reporting to the Project Portfolio Lead, this role will support Project Managers with administration activities including, minute taking, project governance support and the coordination of business management actions and activities on their behalf. The Project Coordinator undertakes a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation, and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects.
**This role will be based at Melrose Park and is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis.**
**You'll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full-time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice.**
**About You**
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Exposure to project management practices.
- Experience in a range of administrative services.
- Experience in conducting basic research and analysis in assigned project areas and contribute to the preparation of project briefs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues.
- Excellent attention to detail, written communication, report preparation and evaluation skills; and
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You will also be required to:
- Have proven experience as a Project Support Officer or in a similar role.
- Have strong computer skills in Microsoft suite including MS Excel.

**Remuneration**
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
