**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Inspection Coordinator who will provide effective and efficient project and contract administrative services to support the ongoing inspection program as part of contract delivery. The purspose of the inspection program is to verify that existing asset data is accurate and up to date, capture any variations to asset data and update in the asset management information system. A small group of inspectors will undertake the inspections but the coordinator will lead and manage communications with Government Agencies, ensure quality of data collected is appropriate for purpose and prepare training materials as required. This is a fulltime, Fixed term role that will see you based in Adelaide.

**Primary responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Provide efficient support to Site Inspectors and the Asset team regarding data preparation, collection, processing and reporting
- Working in consultation with the Asset team and Operational team, administer programs and track program progress.
- Working with administrators of audit tool to ensure data is uploaded, ready for inspection and processed ready for upload into SAP post inspection. Experience in management of large data including quality assurance experience is highly desirable.
- Competent Microsoft Office knowledge for reporting
- Provide assistance and coordination services of client submissions and the collation of all documentation and support our SHEQ function in ensuring asset data is up to date

**Skills and Experience**
- Certificate IV in Project Management (or willingness to complete)
- Proven ability to manage a continuous program of works (including coordination with colleagues and other stakeholders)
- Demonstrated experience in managing works involving large data and quality assurance processes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
