Overview
This is a senior leadership position where you will lead and develop your team, oversee store operations, drive commercial success through strategic product placement, and maximise profitability by driving sales and key performance indicators with your team. You will create a positive work environment where everyone can grow while delivering results through strong leadership and strategic thinking.
The Role
As a Store Manager, you will run a busy store with a large team and significant financial turnover, creating an exceptional customer experience. This involves managing multiple department leaders and driving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching teams to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty
Driving consistent service standards across multiple departments
Hitting sales targets and managing budgets
Using data and reports to drive profitability and identify opportunities
Requirements
Experience coaching teams and managing multiple departments
Strong retail operations experience with efficient process management
Proven ability to build a positive team culture through coaching and recognising good work
