A personal commitment to professional excellence and leadership is essential to a teaching role at our school.

  • Experienced Teachers with a Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education, or higher.
  • Registration (or eligibility) with the relevant authority.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and collaborate effectively.
  • Has demonstrated capacity to meet the standards of a Lead Teacher.
  • A passion for professional learning and curriculum development.
  • A willingness to embrace evidence-based practice.
  • Willingness to undertake Growth Coaching training (if not already completed).

These leadership roles are fixed-term appointments for three years, underpinned by a permanent teaching position. Each role attracts a Level 2 allowance and includes release time to support leadership responsibilities.
