Leadership Opportunity

A key leadership position has become available in our Venue Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and shaping the future of our venue.

About the Role:

  • Lead by Example: Deliver exceptional service and team culture, setting a high standard for your team to follow.
  • Operational Management: Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including labour, COGs, stocktake, and profit and loss (P&L).
  • Support and Development: Support the Venue Leader with daily operations, rostering, and team development.
  • Team Recruitment and Coaching: Recruit, coach, and enable high-performing teams to achieve their best.
  • Compliance and Operational Excellence: Ensure venue compliance, cleanliness, and operational excellence at all times.
  • Team Motivation: Drive team motivation through support, feedback, and challenges.

About You:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in hospitality, quick service restaurants (QSR), or retail is essential.
  • Financial and Operational Skills: Strong financial and operational skills across rostering, labour management, stock control, and KPIs are required.
  • Hands-on Attitude: A hands-on, can-do attitude and a love for leading from the front is necessary.
  • People Development: A passion for developing people and fostering a positive team culture is vital.
