About YouYou'll be an experienced and motivated leader who brings strong operational, organisational, and people skills to this role. You have strong leadership and management capabilities, including experience in supervising teams, supporting performance, and driving continuous improvement.

You are highly analytical and solutions-focused, with proven experience in project planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as the ability to manage complex issues within legislative and policy frameworks.
