**Overview**

This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with a hybrid working approach working in our Brisbane CBD office and WFH.

**How you'll make an impact**
**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:

- Conduct thorough reviews of insurance policies to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Perform regular audits of insurance documentation, including policies, endorsements, and certificates, to identify errors or discrepancies
- Monitor insurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal standards
- Identify and report any errors or inconsistencies in insurance documentation, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions
- Provide training and guidance to insurance agents and underwriters on quality assurance best practices, regulatory requirements, and procedural updates
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, findings, and corrective actions taken. Prepare detailed reports for management review
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes, streamline workflows, and optimise efficiency

**About you**
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on quality assurance, in-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and insurance management software
