Northern Beaches Libraries are one of the largest and well-used library services in NSW. The library network has six library branches spread across the Northern Beaches in addition to online and outreach services, providing contemporary and innovate spaces, programs and services that support lifelong learning, social connection and community wellbeing.

Our opportunity:
Through the planning and delivery of community focused STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths) programming and events this role builds community members' digital literacy skills for current and emerging technologies so they can navigate the digital world with confidence.
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Preparing and delivering digital literacy and STEM events, programs and exhibitions.
2) Undertaking customer service duties to support the effective operation of library branches across a 7-day service.
About you:
We're looking for a collaborative individual with excellent customer service skills to join our customer focussed team. You'll bring an interest in technology and an adaptable communication style to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
