Our opportunity:
As the ERP Release Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of release management for complex ERP environments. In addition to managing the complete release lifecycle, you will lead test automation initiatives to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery, and actively facilitate stakeholder collaboration and continuous process improvement to embed best practices across all release and testing activities.
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Manage the Complete Release Lifecycle: Direct all aspects of ERP release activities, including planning, implementation, and post-release evaluation. Proactively manage risks and ensure all releases adhere to enterprise architecture and business requirements.
2) Lead Test Automation Initiatives: Drive the continual enhancement of test automation strategies to maintain high quality and efficiency across projects and platforms, ensuring robust and reliable solution delivery.
3) Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration and Process Improvement: Engage constructively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to embed best practices in release and testing processes, while identifying and implementing opportunities for ongoing improvement.
