Title: Senior Library Systems Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $80,029.58 to $93,006.52 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Northern Beaches Libraries are one of the largest and well-used library services in NSW. The library network has six library branches spread across the Northern Beaches in addition to online and outreach services, providing contemporary and innovate spaces, programs and services that support lifelong learning, social connection and community wellbeing.

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Plan, deliver and maintain innovative user centred technology solutions to support an efficient and contemporary library service.
2) Administration of library technology services, including Public Access PCs, Printing and Copying, 24/7 Access and the Library App to ensure reliable and efficient performance.
3) Liaise with colleagues, vendors and suppliers to raise and resolve incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to escalated issues.
About you:
We're looking for a self-motivated and customer focussed individual to join the Library Digital Services team. You'll bring your experience making the most of technology to enhance customer experiences to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
