Purpose of Role:

The purpose of the Logistics Manager - Gaming role is to ensure that all physical assets, ranging from Electronic Gaming Machines to critical part components and signage, are delivered, installed, and maintained efficiently, are compliant, and on schedule - at a national level. This role serves as a key link between manufacturing, operations, field service, and product teams, enabling the smooth execution of gaming product deployments (EGM, CRT, signage etc). By driving operational excellence in logistics, this role directly supports our Gaming Product and Gaming Operations team.

Job Description

Deployment Management

⦁ Oversee the logistics lifecycle for all gaming-related assets including:

     ⦁ Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs)

     ⦁ Game conversions

     ⦁ Gaming system equipment such as, monitoring systems, cables, and player tracking units

     ⦁ Spare and replacement parts

     ⦁ LED and static signage (including content)

     ⦁ Peripheral equipment (jackpot controllers, media players)

⦁ Manage safe storage, asset tracking, and movement of sensitive technical systems..

⦁ Schedule and supervise equipment deliveries, installations, decommissions, and disposals.

Administration & Documentation

⦁ Prepare, manage, and track all deployment-related paperwork, including delivery manifests, installation reports, compliance documentation, and handover forms.

⦁ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset movements, installations, and maintenance activities.

⦁ Ensure all documentation is completed, signed off, and filed according to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination

⦁ Act as the liaison between manufacturing, operations, field service, and product teams to align logistics activities.

⦁ Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve logistics issues.

Asset Tracking & Compliance

⦁ Ensure all assets are accurately tracked, documented, and accounted for throughout transit, installation, and maintenance

⦁ Ensure logistics operations comply with regulatory, safety, and internal standards

Supplier & Vendor Management

⦁ Coordinate with logistics vendors, freight providers, and warehouse teams to optimize delivery and installation efficiency.

⦁ Manage third-party service providers to ensure performance and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Ad Hoc Support & Flexibility

⦁ Provide ad hoc support across logistics, operations, and administrative functions as required by the business.

⦁ Flex up or down to assist with asset matrix administration tasks, reporting, inventory data entry, and other duties as needed.

⦁ Adapt to changing priorities, supporting urgent or unplanned activities when required to maintain service continuity.

Experience:

Essential

⦁ Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management—preferably in a national role within gaming, technology, or manufacturing sectors.

⦁ Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and experience handling high volumes of deployment documentation.

⦁ Experience managing and coordinating with external service providers and multi-site logistics operations.

⦁ Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication skills.

⦁ Ability to manage multiple complex, national-scale projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

⦁ Proficient in logistics tracking systems, project management tools, and enterprise asset management platforms.

Desirable

⦁ Previous experience working in or with a pub group, hospitality gaming venue network, or similar entertainment venue environment.

⦁ Familiarity with gaming asset compliance, regulatory requirements, and installation practices specific to licensed gaming venues.

⦁ Exposure to large-scale venue rollout programs, refurbishments, or gaming room upgrades.

⦁ Understanding of the unique operational dynamics and stakeholder needs in a distributed hospitality venue setting
