**Requirements**:
**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an administration/logistics specialist with a highly attuned eye for detail to join our Customer care team. It is a permanent, full-time position based in Melbourne requiring onsite availability Monday to Friday. This is a unique opportunity to join a fully funded Australian tech company, with the potential opportunity to grow within the role. Here are some of the things you’ll do on a day-to-day basis:

- Pack and send sample collection kits to new members.
- Receive, consolidate, and courier patient samples to our laboratory, ensuring all internal systems are updated.
- Updating the inventory in the system on a regular basis.
- Helping uphold a seamless patient journey, from the moment our patients sign up, to the moment they receive their results.
- Escalating any issues with the logistics chain/workflow to the Customer Care Manager.
- Responding to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels with care and professionalism
- Working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Using data analysis to drive customer-centric decisions.

**About you**
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent English communication skills and an outstanding phone manner.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Strong administrative/document control skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- To be proactive, with a flexible approach, and show strong initiative.
- A good level of competency with technology. Experience with Zendesk is preferred, and it will be important that you have the demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software tools.
- Previous experience in an administrative or medical administrator role is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
