Are you the friend who always sends TikToks before replying to texts? Do you have a soft spot for comfort clothes and a strong urge to tell everyone about them online?

We're looking for a Social Media Intern who lives and breathes content, knows how to spot a trend before it trends, and has a knack for turning a good vibe into great engagement. At Paire, we're obsessed with making essentials that feel ridiculously comfortable — and we want someone who's just as obsessed with sharing that comfort with the world.

This is a 3-month paid internship based in our South Melbourne office, ideal for someone who's proactive, creative, and ready to get hands-on experience. You'll be trusted to plan and schedule content across our platforms, experiment with ideas, and test what sticks — all with support from our Brand Marketing Lead and Co-Founder.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Spot trends, pitch ideas, and create content with the team
  • Support shoots, script ideas, and even appear on camera if you're comfortable
  • Track performance and suggest ways to improve or test new formats
  • Learn from the team while contributing real value every week

What We're Looking For:

  • You've managed or grown a social account before — brand, side hustle, or personal
  • You're curious, driven, and eager to test new ideas
  • You're not waiting to be told what to do — you take initiative
  • You're on top of TikTok and IG culture, and love turning small ideas into scroll-stoppers
  • You're comfortable learning on the go in a fast-paced (but supportive) startup
