Elk Early Learning and Kindergarten is dedicated to fostering each child's journey of self-discovery in an environment that encourages curiosity and growth. Opening in early 2026 (pending government approvals), Elk Early Learning and Kindergarten in Bedford is a purpose-built, 124-place centre developed and operated by experienced educators. Our philosophy centres on nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence through play-based learning and meaningful connections.

We are currently seeking skilled professionals for the following roles:

·      Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor

·      Assistant Director / Educational Leader

·      Early Childhood Teachers (Bachelor Qualified, ACECQA-approved)

·      Diploma-Qualified Educators

·      Certificate III Educators

·      Trainees (Certificate III – Earn While You Learn)

·      Centre Chef

·      Casual Relief Educators

Candidate Requirements:

·      An ACECQA-approved qualification (or currently working towards one).

·      A valid Working with Children Check (WA).

·      Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (HLTAID012 or equivalent).

·      A genuine passion for early childhood education, coupled with a warm and nurturing approach.
