At Landsdale Tall Tree Early Learning, we are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our Kindy Room on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is over 50% through their Early Childhood Education qualification or has recently completed their Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching.

Our Landsdale centre is a vibrant and welcoming space with six beautifully designed rooms and capacity for 129 children. Guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework, our centre blends natural environments with modern learning spaces to inspire curiosity, creativity, and discovery.

About the Role

You will be based in our Kindy Room, working full-time to lead educational experiences for children aged 3–5. This is a highly rewarding position for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, designing engaging programs, and supporting a team of educators.

You will play a key role in:

• Curriculum Design & Programming: Contributing to and implementing high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF, embedding child-led and project-based learning.
• Educational Activities: Developing experiences that foster creativity, problem-solving, and a love of learning.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Supporting and inspiring educators to maintain high standards of care, documentation, and practice.
• Child Safety & Wellbeing: Ensuring every child feels secure, respected, and encouraged to explore their potential.
• Family Partnerships: Building respectful, open relationships with families to ensure consistency of care and communication.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: Over 50% completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching, or recently graduated.
• Experience: Previous experience in early childhood settings is highly desirable.
• Values-Driven: Committed to collaboration, innovation, and nurturing positive team culture.
• Communication Skills: Ability to build meaningful connections with children, families, and colleagues.
• Working Rights: Full Australian working rights and current relevant clearances (WWCC, National Police Clearance, and Child Protection training).
