Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Fun: Guide a team in delivering exciting, high-quality education and learning experiences
  • Create Adventures: Design age-appropriate programs that ignite creativity and growth
  • Stay Compliant: Keep us up to speed with all regulations while keeping the vibe joyful.
  • Build Connections: Foster strong relationships with families and celebrate each child's journey
  • Grow Together: Participate in professional development and grow your knowledge
  • Interested in being the dedicated Educational Leader? An on-the-floor, non-contact educational leader, you can provide support, guidance, and mentorship to other educators and make an impact

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or equivalent as assessed by ACECQA
  • Studying and completed at least 50% towards you Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
  • Loads of creativity and a strong understanding of early childhood development
  • Great communication and organizational skills.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
