Our Landsdale center features six thoughtfully created learning rooms and natural outdoor spaces that inspire exploration and discovery. Guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework, we provide an environment where children feel confident, supported, and empowered to learn. Your Role:
- Lead a high-quality, play-based and project-focused educational program aligned with the EYLF.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Mentor and support a team of educators to deliver engaging, child-led experiences.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
- Bring your ideas, knowledge, and passion to continually enhance our Kindy program.
About You:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience in early childhood education and/or team leadership (desirable)
- Strong communication skills and a warm, collaborative approach
- Current WWCC, National Police Clearance, and Child Protection training
- Full Australian working rights
