At Muscle Republic our mission is to connect the world through the heartbeat of fitness. As the Ecommerce Coordinator, you will help execute and optimize our online shopping experience for our customers and community as a way to bring this vision to life. The Ecommerce Coordinator will support day-to-day operations of our eCommerce site, from product uploads and content updates to promotional launches and site QA to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

This role would suit someone passionate about eCommerce, athleisure, and the intersection of digital and retail.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing product uploads and maintaining accurate product information (pricing, descriptions, images).
  • Assisting in executing promotional campaigns, landing pages, homepage updates, and banners.
  • Coordinating seasonal and product launches in alignment with marketing and merchandising calendars.
  • Conducting regular QA across the site (desktop and mobile) to ensure functionality and brand consistency.
  • Supporting merchandising strategy by updating product sorting, categories, and collections.
  • Owning weekly and monthly reporting on site performance (e.g., traffic, conversion, top products).
  • Monitoring key pages and products for performance trends (CTR, bounce rate, add-to-cart rate).
  • Helping track A/B tests, promotional performance, and onsite behavior.
  • Assisting with testing and feedback for new features, site enhancements, and third-party integrations.

About you:

  • 1-3 years' experience in an eCommerce, digital merchandising, or retail marketing role (preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods).
  • Proficient with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Searchspring).
  • Solid understanding of how customers shop online — including UX, merchandising, and promotions.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools such as CMS systems, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • A passion for athleisure, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
