Role Description

We are looking for a goal-oriented and experienced Sales Coordinator who can support the Sales team, you will be the point of reference for the team and the customers to manage schedules, provide feedback, documentation, and share relevant information. The candidate will be responsible to facilitate the team to work efficiently and ultimately ensure all timeliness are met.

Qualifications


• Communicate with Retail assistants/planners weekly.


• Process data and reports into sales spreadsheets and to the company database.


• Generating a range of reports


• Create brochures and costing sheets for presentations & submission to clients.


• Manage and collate tender information and enter the tender portal


• Coordinate and collaborate with internal resources such as the Compliance, Engineering, and    Design team.


• Communicate with China-based factories, following up on deliverables and due dates.


• Process orders and ensure all documentation is correctly filed and up to date


• Monitor orders and logistics status


• Manage and coordinate Tempo resources required by the sales department


• Check artwork and packaging are completed against each sales order


• Check inspection reports are completed against each sales order


• Process customer paperwork and contracts

Who we are looking for:


• A proactive Multitasker and highly attentive to detail


• Outstanding organizational and time management skills


• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Enjoy a deadline-driven environment and must be punctual.


• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn


• Taking initiative and action


•
Have proven experience in sales as a Sales Coordinator or similar roles


•
Qualifications: Business Administration or relevant field


•
English and Mandarin proficiency preferred
