We're looking for a highly organised and analytical
Marketing Product Specialist
to support the development, launch, and continuous optimisation of PACK & SEND's products and services.
This is not a brand or creative role — this is a hands-on marketing position focused on product and project management.

The ideal candidate will be a project manager at heart, with strong business acumen and experience managing products and services in B2B or service-based industries. You will work closely with Marketing Managers, Sales, Operations, and IT teams to plan, implement, and track strategic marketing initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.

This role plays a critical part in project governance, timelines, resources' allocation, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive and manage marketing-related product and service projects from end to end, ensuring clear scopes, milestones, and accountability.

● Conduct market analysis to evaluate competitors, trends, and opportunities.

● Define and document product KPIs, positioning, and formalise with the Marketing Managers a proper go-to-market strategy.

● Support and coordinate the execution of cross-functional workstreams, liaising with Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, and Training teams.

● Build and manage project plans, monitor progress, flag risks, and maintain clear communication across teams.

● Analyse product adoption and commercial performance using data to recommend improvements.

● Track product performance in terms of sales and adoption across the network, using all available levers to achieve commercial targets.

Skills & Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Business Development, or Project Management (ideally in service or logistics sectors).

● Experience managing complex projects involving multiple departments and countries.

● Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into action (Excel proficiency required).

● Strong organisational and time-management skills — comfortable handling multiple projects in parallel.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
