The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented
Marketing Specialist
to join our team based at our Head Office at Arndell Park. Reporting to the National Marketing and Product Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for a wide range of activities to support franchising, diagnostics, equipment and the industrial sales teams. This role focuses on branding, sales promotions, some local area marketing, and internal and external communication including content management and social. This role requires working with members of the marketing and product team to develop a consistent, high quality brand image across the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with members of the Marketing and Product teams to plan and implement sales promotions for launch at franchisee sales meetings.
  • Content Production across partners, franchisees and product showcasing
  • Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms such as FB/Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Work with graphic designers using adobe cloud programs
  • Assist with local product catalogues
  • Assist with coordination of sales competitions and incentives for franchisees and customers and arranging promotional licensing
  • Assist with internal communication including a weekly newsletter
  • Various other administration duties

About You

To be successful in this role you will have at least 3-5 years' experience in a brand assistant, trade marketing or high level administration role or similar. Key skills include:

  • Experience working with teams such as sales, marketing and product management or event coordination an advantage.
  • A passion for the automotive industry would be an advantage.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong working knowledge and ability to create Excel spreadsheets using VLOOKUP's, concatenations and other formulas essential.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills essential.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail.
  • A pro-active, "can-do" attitude.
