As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that promote our menu items and drive customer engagement. Your creative skills, market knowledge, and data-driven approach will be key in enhancing our brand presence in a highly competitive industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including culinary, operations, and design, to develop and launch new menu items and promotions.
- Craft compelling product marketing strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotions, to maximize the success of our menu items.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and manage product launch plans, ensuring successful go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Generate marketing collateral, such as menu descriptions, brochures, digital content, and advertising materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
