DESTii creates premium, timeless linen clothing made to wear and made to last. Every piece is designed to help people look and feel their best - confident, comfortable, and effortless.

We're now expanding across Australia and looking for a bright, motivated individual to run our Brisbane market stalls on weekends. If you're someone who thrives on energy, loves people, and enjoys taking pride in results, this is your chance to make the DESTii brand your own.

What You'll Do

  • Run DESTii's weekend market stalls (Saturdays & Sundays, starting November).
  • Set up, style, and pack down the stall - all equipment provided.
  • Engage with customers, share the DESTii story, and guide them to the perfect fit.
  • Handle payments through Shopify POS.
  • Keep things running smoothly - stock, sales, presentation.
  • Collect post-sale emails and grow our community.
  • Occasionally capture great content for socials - you'll be part of the brand's voice.

  • Previous retail or market experience is helpful, but the right energy matters most.

What You'll Earn

  • $250 per market, plus a tiered profit share once total sales exceed $1,000:
  • $1,000–$2,000 → 10% of sales in this range
  • Over $2,000 → 15% of sales (on top of the first tier)

It's extremely rare for one of our markets to not comfortably pass the $1,000 mark - which is where the real rewards begin. Once we're in profit, you share in the upside.

Example: If you sell $3,000 in a day, you'll earn:

  • $250 base
  • $100 (10% of $1,000–$2,000)
  • $150 (15% of $2,000–$3,000) = $500 total for the day.
