What you'll contribute to

Step into a pivotal role shaping the future of Toyota's digital customer experience. As Senior Digital Transformation Specialist, you'll lead the development of the One Toyota Digital Customer Experience Strategy and Roadmap, driving seamless, flexible interactions across our digital ecosystem. You'll be the strategic force behind our 2030 vision—connecting customers, partners, and platforms to deliver a truly unified experience.

This is a permanent role based in Port Melbourne, with hybrid work arrangements.

How you'll make an impact

  • Develop and evolve the One Toyota Digital Customer Experience Roadmap, outlining key actions and stakeholder responsibilities.

  • Lead engagement with digital partners, facilitating collaboration, visualisation (Obeya), and progress tracking.

  • Solve complex challenges to enhance customer experience across Toyota's digital ecosystem.

  • Research emerging digital trends and consumer behaviours to inform strategic planning.

  • Monitor performance against targets and recommend countermeasures to optimise outcomes.

  • Support digital reporting systems to enable accurate planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations to minimise risk and uphold Toyota's standards.

Your attributes – If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you

  • Proven experience in digital transformation, strategy, or customer experience design.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to absorb research and shape ideal customer journeys.

  • Confident communicator, able to present complex ideas and roadmap updates to diverse audiences.

  • Experience developing and executing strategic roadmaps.

  • Background in consulting, digital strategy, or CX roles—automotive experience is a plus.

  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
