The Job

As our Office Manager with Turner & Co Plumbing, you will:

- Manage the office phone and inbox - providing exceptional and friendly customer service

- Schedule and manage workflow for our technicians

- Hold technicians accountable for compliance, photos and notes

- Oversee customer success - after sales care, nurturing long-term relationships and gathering feedback

- Track business and team data and performance

- Manage social media posting (using provided formulas and templates)

- Assist in building, refining and maintaining systems and processes to improve operational efficiency

  • Experienced Trade Office Manager

    - Calm under pressure, assertive and strong willed

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable holding staff accountable in a respectful and professional way

    - Confident with technology - spreadsheets, job management software etc
