About the role

NUDGEE GOLF CLUB' is seeking a Chef / Cook to join our team working Minimum 30hrs on a permanent part-time basis at our clubhouse in Nudgee, QLD 4014. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing meals for our members and guests, ensuring an exceptional experience. The hours are mainly mornings and lunch shifts with minimal nights.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of meals using fresh ingredients
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver efficient and timely service
  • Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a similar hospitality setting
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to deliver high-quality service
  • Flexible and adaptable to accommodate the needs of our members and guests
  • Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional experience
