With a footprint of 21 branches across Australia and New Zealand, our clients are supported by a workforce of over 830 employees which include specialist engineers, technicians, project managers, estimators, site personnel and service specialists.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support our National clients in the Construction industry based out of our Perth office.

The Role:

  • Assist with new contract transitions and asset variations for commercial clients.
  • Review contracts to assist with project set up and ongoing maintenance.
  • Maintain regular contact with Project managers to ensure contract requirements and expectations are met.
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc reporting; progress reports and updates.
  • Highlight and communicate critical information to key stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain project and asset information using Grosvenor in house systems and portals.

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years Administration experience, including database management, data entry and customer service, ideally in a service or commercial setting.
  • Sound understanding of Safety, Safety management plans and project establishment.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft suites and confidence with in-house database systems.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and meet associated deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a positive, proactive, collaborative approach with a 'can do' attitude;
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership when required.
