Estimator / Quantity surveyor.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (Perth based) to join our team for ongoing mine construction projects. Working alongside Project Managers, Design Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Consultants, Sub-Contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely tendering of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs, including materials, labour, and equipment, ensuring alignment with project budgets.
  • Pre - Contract Review: Prepare, manage, and monitor contracts, including managing subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Utilize forecasting techniques to maintain accurate cash flow projections, ensuring sufficient funds are available for project execution.
  • Contract Administration: Ensure all parties, including contractors and vendors, comply with the terms and conditions of contracts and subcontracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A background in Quantity Surveying (QS) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in NPI mine projects estimating is an advantage.
