Hours: Monday 8:30am to 4:00pm, Tuesday to Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm


About Us

RPM Moto is a growing e-commerce business based on the Gold Coast, supplying motorbike parts and accessories to customers across Australia and internationally. We pride ourselves on fast dispatch, excellent customer service and a seamless online shopping experience.

We're looking for a proactive and reliable Operations Assistant to join our team. This role combines hands-on order fulfilment with customer service, stock management and administration support, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day.


Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment (Core Duty)

  • Assist with preparing daily order paperwork and promotional items
  • Pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure all orders are checked for quality and accuracy before shipping
  • Dispatch orders in the online ordering system
  • Manage packaging supplies and maintain a clean, organised workspace

Inventory & Warehouse

  • Receive and check supplier deliveries
  • Restock and maintain product shelving
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies

Customer Service & Admin

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, webchat and phone (order updates, returns, product questions)
  • Assist customers instore with enquiries and pickup orders
  • Process refunds, returns, exchanges and warranty claims
  • Assist with basic reporting (sales, stock movement)

Marketing & Product Support

  • Assist with website product updates as needed
  • Support promotions and sales campaigns with content or admin tasks

General Operations

  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail or e-commerce fulfilment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, basic spreadsheets)
  • Reliable, organised and able to manage tasks independently

Desirable (but trainable):

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms
  • Customer service background
